This was our last work party on Easter Saturday proudly showing off their work. They moved a dozen bags of litter and made three of these hurdles to keep the river by the co-op car park clear. The hurdles were made from coppiced wood from Bottoms Mill - mainly sycamore with some ash and willow. These poles don't split or twist like hazel but are good to work with and produced attractive hurdles.

Next Saturday work party is 20th May at Armitage Bridge.
